Order Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This cancellation policy governs how customers can cancel orders for the web design services offered by Rent a Website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions set out in this policy.


2. Cancellation Eligibility

Order cancellation is possible depending on the stage of the web design project:
- Before work begins – The client can cancel the order without any penalties and will receive a full refund.
- After the project has started, but before completion – The order can be canceled, but a percentage of the total amount will be retained, corresponding to the work already completed.
- After project completion – Once the project is delivered and approved, cancellation and refunds are no longer possible.


3. Cancellation Procedure

To request an order cancellation, the client must send a written request by email to [email protected]. The request must include:
- Client's name
- Reason for cancellation


4. Refunds and Fees

- If the cancellation is made before the project begins, a full refund of 100% will be issued.
- If the project is in progress, a percentage will be retained based on the work completed (e.g., 30%–70%).
- If the project is completed, no refunds will be accepted.


5. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In exceptional situations, such as the company’s inability to deliver the project due to reasons attributable to it, the client may receive a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
