These include, but are not limited to:

- Website maintenance and updates

All deliveries are made online via email, file transfer platforms, or directly to the client's server.


2. Delivery Process

a) Delivery Steps
1. Order Confirmation – After placing the order, the client receives an email confirmation with project details.
2. Requirement Analysis – A meeting is scheduled to clarify project details and objectives.
3. Design and Development – Our team creates the design and functionalities according to the specifications.
4. Revisions and Feedback – The client receives a preliminary version for review and can request changes.
5. Final Delivery – After approval of the final version, the project is delivered according to the agreed method.

b) Delivery Methods
- By email – For design files (e.g., mockups, images, documentation).
- Through file transfer platforms (Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox) – For full project file packages.
- Directly to the client's server – If the service includes website installation on the client's hosting.


3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on project complexity:
- One-page website – 1–3 weeks
- Standard website – 2–4 weeks
- Complex website (e-commerce, custom platforms) – 4–8 weeks

Any delays caused by missing information from the client may extend the delivery timeline.


4. Revisions and Modifications

- Each project includes a limited number of free revisions, specified in the contract.
- Additional revisions may incur extra costs.
- The timeline for implementing changes depends on their complexity.


5. Warranty and Post-Delivery Support

- We provide a 365-day warranty for fixing any technical issues.
- Post-delivery support includes technical assistance and maintenance according to the purchased package.


6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- An order can be canceled before work begins for a full refund.
- If the project is in progress, the refund is proportional to the work completed.
- After final delivery, refund requests are not accepted.
